Allow sellers to change their store name once every 90 days
I have another suggestion that I believe would greatly improve the seller experience and reduce the volume of support tickets.Currently, if a seller wants to update or change their store name, they must open a support ticket and wait for the team to process it manually.It would be fantastic if you could add a self-service feature in the profile settings that allows sellers to change their display name/store name on their own, with a cooldown period (for example, once every 90 days).This would give sellers more flexibility when rebranding or updating their storefronts, while the 90-day cooldown would prevent any abuse of the feature. Most importantly, it will save your support team a lot of time by automating a process that is currently handled manually through tickets
