Seller Ranks
Since the commission for account sales was set at 10%, seller ranks have not been updated. Many sellers who made numerous sales last month and should have had their ranks refreshed are still listed as Rookie. Meanwhile, sellers who made sales in August still have their ranks displayed and active on their profiles. If our ranks aren’t being updated, theirs shouldn’t be either. I mean they should be Rookie as well. Seller Rank creates a sense of trust among customers, and this isn’t fair. We appreciate the 10% commission, but I think something needs to be done about the seller rank issue now.

Hello, no ranks have been updated since the commission has been adjusted to be the same for everyone, meaning that regardless of the rank each seller earns the same per game. In your example, if a seller got a high rank in August they didn't get deranked in September, same goes for the other way around. We mentioned over seller channels that something might be done about this and that currently there is no ETA for that as we are focusing on many things, still I want to thank you for sharing your point of I appreciate it 🤝 If you get some suggestions on what you as a seller would do regarding the seller ranks, feel free to submit another suggestion.
