The Proposal:
Add a dedicated tab in the notification dropdown menu titled "Buyer Requests" or "Custom Offers" (alongside Notifications and Announcements).
How It Works:
Buyer Post: If a customer cannot find a specific account specification, rank, or service, they submit a short request (e.g., specific game tier, item inventory, or custom order criteria).
Seller Notification: Sellers in that category receive an instant notification in this dedicated tab.
Competitive Bidding: Verified sellers can directly submit custom price offers and delivery timeframes to the customer.
Instant Match: The buyer picks the best offer, and the transaction proceeds through the standard secure checkout system.
