Unexpected $5 Penalty Despite Safe Instant Delivery Process
Hello,
Recently, $5 was deducted from my account, and this time it was surprising because I have been using the same system for the past 2 years to protect myself from scammers when using Instant Delivery.
In many cases, some buyers claim that the accounts are not working after receiving the email through Instant Delivery. To avoid scams and ensure customer satisfaction, I have been providing the username and password through Instant Delivery first, allowing the buyer to access and test the account. Then, after verifying everything myself, I manually send the email credentials along with screenshots confirming that the account is working.
I have successfully used this process for more than 1,000 orders over the past 2 years. This approach has protected both me and my customers, and I have never had an issue until now.
Today, I was surprised to receive a $5 penalty because I supposedly did not provide the email through Instant Delivery. My question is: how can sellers protect themselves from scams while using Instant Delivery without risking penalties?
I kindly ask you to seriously consider this issue.Thank you
