Unexpected Withdrawal Delay After Announcement

I submitted my withdrawal request nearly a day ago (sunday), and I had planned to make payments to all my suppliers today. It stated that the funds would be sent today. However, you just mentioned a four-day process; there was no such information provided when I submitted the request yesterday. I submitted a withdrawal request on Sunday, the day before the announcement regarding payouts was made. It stated that the funds would be sent the following day. However, an announcement was released the next day, and now I have to wait four days. All the business plans I had made with my suppliers have been cancelled. I want to know why I have been put in this difficult position; when I submitted the request on Sunday, I had no idea you would be making a payout announcement late Monday afternoon. While sites like Eldorado and Gameflip sending instant withdrawals, it is truly disappointing to see Gameboost experiencing such delays in transfer times and inconveniencing its partners regarding payouts. I really like Gameboost, but I believe you should be speeding up payment processes for your partners rather than prolonging them, especially since all your competitors offer the fastest possible service in this regard.
